fundraising can pay for the fundraiser.

I was saying that he buys the website for 4 or 6 years then it gets handled by the beneficiary.

Well that is a pretty good reason to do a fundraiser that "shows leadership"

they will want a short extension though. Like .com or .org

You will have trouble getting that approved by your troop leader and eagle coach.
They will seriously see no leadership skills involved...

I'm not saying its a bad idea, just that they will have problems seeing it as a good one. (I'm finishing up mine now)
You will need to hit a strong point with it, but it is very doable.
Realize that "Giving leadership" is not necessarily about teaching people, but about organizing them, telling them what to do and how to get it done, and managing the people you work with.
You need to present leadership to/with two people.
Maybe have a few sections such as art, design, programming, content, etc.

Oh, and i personally like dyndns, but i think that may be more than you want to pay.
How are you going to pay for this?

That will be part of the project.  Will the organization cover the costs?  Maybe you can find a pay once provider.

Natalie Teeger: Yeah, Mr. Monk, I've been doing a little research on your friend Petya. I Googled him. At least, I tried to, and there's no record of him anywhere.
Adrian Monk: Natalie, people like Petya--important people, wealthy people--they are un-Googleable.

Nice.
I suggest you play with Puppy linux or mint linux for now.

can you send a picture of your good computer workspace.
You might be able to make it smaller by removing a few unnecessary things for a server (such as cd drive), and make it an attachment to your computer area, like hang from wall :P

Then you can easily switch the moniter over

web server and personal (online) storage?

Having my own computer as website let me transfer files to and from school easily.

can't you just turn it on to find out?
Ok, goodnight.

Either way, I'll send you the ram if you need it.  It'd be hard to buy it.  512MB cards of SDRam are $700 used at microcenter.  Its like a museum :P

please do.

I have 2 256MB SDRam cards.
If I could get the stuff you can't use, then it would slow me down less.

When I ship it, and chance you need or want 2 128MB or 256MB Laptop ram (check type tomorrow) or a 40 gig laptop harddrive?  (appreciate if you would pay shipping on the latter)

 I have a Pentium 3 computer with 512 MB SDRAM I think.
I'll check.

I'm getting another old computer soon, so if you live in the us and i am right about my ram, I'll send you 256MB.

probably not.  You said there is acceleration, which adds another dimension into it.

try...
:If getKey(1)
:*calculations in movement and stored to another variable, such as Z, as would be resulting location*
:If pxl-test(X/256,Z/256+4)=0
:Z->Y
:else
:Z + 256 -> Y
:end
:end

Try that.

you my need to change it to be relevant to your code.

Edit: added an example program.
