I did that, but I return to "Operating System not found. Install OS now." error message. An error message also appears on my computer saying I should try again… shut the software and try it again till u get it

Ndless 3.6 isn't reboot-proof. You have to install it everytime after you rebooted.
I see what you mean... do you know when this will get fixed?
as far i know it is fixed if u have the new nlaunch even if u only keep only os in it (instead of two) because nlaunch installs at every reboot

D8) Send then the parent folder file matching your calculator model:
- CX CAS: 'nlaunch.tcc'
- CX: 'nlaunch.tco'
- CAS: 'nlaunch.tnc'
- Nspire: 'nlaunch.tno'
I don't understand what its telling me to do... parent folder file?
u have cx cas so u go to cx section then cas then nlaunch.tcc drag that file to the software
