Oh god this seems to be so cool. Pretty awesome for a response to the Prizm.

Also, 3D graphs? Wow. I hope they would let you do 3D games in BASIC.

Me too D:

And GameInformer got the video from Dorkly lol.

At my high school, I had all the logins of the school's website, so I could modify it. In fact, that was my job. I added some cool features...

No, Doors CS just stalled there, without anything to do but pulling a battery.

1302: You know that a trilogy is always more than 3 books.
1303: You don't do jokes in base 13.
1304: You correct the above post. It's Eoin Colfer, not Eion.

Art / Re: Userbar Size - 350x19 or 350x20 pixels
« on: February 17, 2011, 06:33:50 pm »
For an example of a 350x19 and 350x20 side by side, see ztrumpet's signature. The white pixel-high bar on the Axe Parser userbar is not that annoying, IMHO.

Also, 485x68 is nice.

Other Calculators / Re: How did your program or game get its name?
« on: February 17, 2011, 05:06:34 am »
The names I give to my programs are rather descriptive... Here's a non-exaustive list.

Games
3Danmaku: An attempt of a danmaku in 3D in DirectX.
Wacky Fun Random Number Generator Wii: Port of the game of the same name to the Wii.
The Quest: Attempt of a Menu(-based RPG in TI-BASIC I made long ago.
RPCO(d): Roche Papier Ciseaux Online. Comes with a client (rpco) and a server (rpcod) (d for daemon, almost all the *nix-based servers have d suffixed to their names)

Utilities
Trollian for XChat: Named after the trolls' chat client in Homestuck, lets you talk like them on IRC.
ShadowBot: IRC bot written in C#, Named after one of 57o9's administrators.
Teirusu: Another IRC bot written in PHP named after Sonic the Hedgehog's sidekick and handyman, Tails.
Yuki: Fork of Teirusu, means "snow" in Japanese, named after the snow we got here in Québec. Also named after Yuki Nagato, the nearly emotionless intelligence in the anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
MeteoMedia: An IRC bot (Seems that I love to make bots...) written in Bash, fetches the temperature from meteomedia.com, the local weather TV channel.

And lots of other utilities named after what they actually do.

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Bug Reports
« on: February 16, 2011, 06:26:55 pm »
Well, the generated, screwed up app reported to be 0xC6050500 byte (3 GB) on Calcsys.

The filesize is actually part of the file format, so if you change 4 bytes, you could change the filesize. It just happened to have C6050500 in the filesize field.

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Bug Reports
« on: February 16, 2011, 06:14:24 pm »
I compiled an Axe program so it would output an Application, but I didn't had enough archive. Naturally, it error'd. Then I found out with Calcsys it created an unnamed, 0xC6050500 byte (3 GB?) application in the archive. Now the Arc Free counter in 2nd+MEM is stuck to 0 bytes left. And I can't see it there and delete it, due of its lack of a name.

Is it a bug? If not, feel free to move this post somewhere else. Anyway, it's freaking weird.
Yeah, this is a serious bug. Having insufficient space should not destroy your calculator's memory. Axe should check the amount of space required to write the app, and then refuse to write it if space was insufficent.
In the meantime, to get your memory back, try a Garbage Collect. If that doesn't work, do a Mem Clear.
Garbage Collect didn't worked. But I reseted the apps mem and it worked.

And of course I did a backup of all my files. Now I have to reupload all my files.

This is impressive, each time, IBM gets closer and closer to emulating an human brain with a computer, which, I think, is the goal, ultimately.
