552. You use a computer to remote control a computer that emulates a computer that emulates a Nintendo Wii that emulates a Nintendo DS that emulates a TI-83 that emulates a Game Boy.

It depends of how you would use it. Do you want to make the calculator link with an actual TI-8x? If so, 2.5mm is a good idea. If not, 3.5mm would suffice, since the average person always have 3.5mm headphones lying around. (Personally, I don't have any 2.5 to 3.5 adapter or 2.5mm headphones ) But still, 2.5mm jacks is easy to find.

At school, the login system is not handled by Windows, but by Novell, so all the Windows logins were the same, allowing us to remotely start tasks on all the computers of the school. As computer science students, we wrote an application in C# that Console.Beep()'d the Mario theme song and started it on all the computers of the classroom at once. That was not perfect though, since the .bat file started one task only 2-3 seconds after the other... It's also fun to target only one computer and remotely start Firefox with a rickroll page for the target, while he's working (you know, the ones who are difficult to escape from? xD).
First time: "Woah who did that?" All the other times: "Stop doing that, Julien -_-"
Hours and hours of endless fun.

A G-line is a network-wide server ban. That is, nobody could connect to the network without getting that "Haha you're banned" message. Now the network is OK, only one server is still missing...

The server has been down for 3 days and we still don't have news from the datacenter . The attacker found a way into the server (they got the password, somehow) and ran a script to DDoS someone. Immediately, the German datacenter shut down the internet access. Also, it's interesting to know that the day before, the same guy (according to the fact the same 2 accounts were affected) got ircop powers on the IRC network and managed to set a G-line on everyone and to tear apart everything... Needless to say he really hated us. We plan to increase the security as soon we get the server back. We are still waiting and all the affected users are impatient to get news.

Nice. You got the first page view of the day. Now we know that on August 8th, 2010 at exactly 00:00:00, DJ Omnimaga was checking the stats page. xD

I voted 50MHz. You could underclock the chip to 20MHz in the same manner TI underclocks their calculators, and give the possibility to the user to overclock to 50MHz if he wants more speed in processor-intensive applications. So you would have a 20MHz "power-saving" mode and a 50MHz "Turbo" mode. And, of course, if we want multitasking, we should think accordingly.
Of course, it would be awesome if this 20/50MHz switch would be made with a software, in the same manner my laptop processor underclocks itself from 2GHz to 800MHz when idle.

Wow, impressive. Proof that FOSS things are sometimes better than their proprietary counterparts.

Good job DJ. I could also note that you reached this number really fast and I never seen a post from you that would be useless...
