QuoteBegin-Delnar_Ersike+10 Jan, 2007, 10:23--> QUOTE (Delnar_Ersike @ 10 Jan, 2007, 10:23) | oh, I understand
@bfr: any animated screenie would be good, even one that is a second long. The reason is that some people (including me) switch sprites really fast to achieve greyscale effects. A still screenie only displays one sprite, making it kinda black-and-white ish, but an animated screeie shows the sprites switching, so it will display a greyscale effect.
@netham45: what do the numbers at the bottom of the screen represent? |
those numbers represent the current X-Y coordinates, and the V is the direction the screen is facing.
bah... I stepped on my 83(the calculator I was doing it on, for optimal speed on the 83's) and broke the LCD. Im tring to get it off of it, but Im having issues as to getting a link-cable hooked up. The linkport also got damaged and broken. you know... I have lost the program 3 times, almost near completion all the time, and now this.... Something really doesn't want this game made...

QuoteBegin-rivereye+4 Mar, 2007, 10:27--> QUOTE (rivereye @ 4 Mar, 2007, 10:27) | yeah, you will always have to have both the desktop and laptop on to use the Internet on the desktop, and crossover cables can be a pain at times. |
I have a router and 3 5' wires.

hmm, I think that if I just get a WIFI repeater, I could use the WIFI on my laptop, and set up ICS and not have to get another card. Anyone see any flaws?

Ah, but I don't need any accessories. Surround Sound Stereo, Monitor, Keyboard/Mouse Force Feedback Logitech Wingman Force/Saiteck p280(how the hell did I have this memorized?) allready reside with my current computer. I just need the core system, and I am going to have to wait a little on the graphics card, because I want a DX 10 card too, but I don't have 600$ to drop on one. so for now, I am going to have to use the *gasp* onboard card. =/ Or I could use my trusty Diamond Stealth S220 II w/ it. It's DX 4 certified. I just realized Im going to have to use my old laptop as an internet acceess point for a while until I can get around 600' of ethernet wire for it too, but that can wait. ICS.
