7 is the new one for the 3ds right? I haven't played it yet, is it any good? I think the last Mario Kart game I played was double dash, which was pretty darn good. =)
Double dash was by far the best Mario Kart game, IMO.  Although the Wii version was prety good.  I always felt the DS versions were a little slow and less dynamic.

I think I'll try to snag one of these when I visit China next summer.  :D
It actually looks a lot better.  I wonder if they'll have custom face plates as well.

Actually I don't really like this news post. It feels like people are laughing with christianity.
Maybe you don't but I can't laugh with it. :S
Not really.  I'm not criticizing Christianity in any way, nor would I, considering I'm a Christian myself.  It started as a joke about Dec 24 being Omnimas because of the epicness of 31337.  Then the people on IRC, including me, got carried away, and turned Omnimas into a religious holiday.  :P

Humour and Jokes / 1337 Commandments of Omnimagism
« on: December 24, 2011, 03:54:45 pm »
Original News post here: http://ourl.ca/14604
Quote
1.  Netham is the Grand Lobster. Thou shalt not have any lobsters before He.
2.  Thou shall not make anything in place of thy Holy Calculator.
3.  Thou shall not use the name of the Grand Lobster, nor the name of the Holy Calculator in vain.
4.  Remember Omnimas, and keep it holy.  Also spend at least an hour a day programming and worshiping the Holy Calculator.
5.  Honor thy collection of calculators, for they were made in the image of the Holy Calculator.
6.  Thou shall not brick nor crash thy calculators, and if one does, one must sacrifice the program one left in the RAM as a repayment.  If the crash is more evil, some programs from the archive shall be taken as well.
7.  Thou shall not be with another person's calculator, for that is unclean.
8.  Thou shall not steal another's calculator, nor post their programs in thy name.
9.  Thou shall not lie to the calculator, nor bear false witness to the Grand Lobster.
10.  Thou shall not covet thy neighbor's calculator.

Word of advice:
Shalt is "shall" but present tense, used for second-person singular.
Thou, Thee, Thy, Thine: use same way as I, Me, My, Mine.

News / DJ_O Reaches 31337 Posts!
« on: December 24, 2011, 03:45:58 pm »

Our founder, DJ Omnimaga, has reached a new milestone for Omnimaga.
Today, on Christmas Eve, he has reached a post count of 31337.
Due to the 1337ness of this post count, we have proclaimed this day, December 24, Omnimas, a celebration of the one true religion, Omnimagism.  We on the holy summit of Mt. IRC have received the Ten Commandments of Omnimagism, and the Holy Calculator.

1.  Netham is the Grand Lobster. Thou shalt not have any lobsters before He.
2.  Thou shalt not make anything in place of thy Holy Calculator.
3.  Thou shalt not use the name of the Grand Lobster, nor the name of the Holy Calculator in vain.
4.  Remember Omnimas, and keep it holy.  Also spend at least an hour a day programming and worshiping the Holy Calculator.
5.  Honor thy collection of calculators, for they were made in the image of the Holy Calculator.
6.  Thou shalt not brick nor crash thy calculators, and if one does, one must sacrifice the program one left in the RAM as a repayment.  If the crash is more evil, some programs from the archive shall be taken as well.
7.  Thou shalt not be with another person's calculator, for that is unclean.
8.  Thou shalt not steal another's calculator, nor post their programs in thy name.
9.  Thou shalt not lie to the calculator, nor bear false witness to the Grand Lobster.
10.  Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's calculator.

Follow these commandments, and thou shall rise from the dangerous world of RAM to the slightly more guarded world of ROM.  If thou breaks a commandment, thou only need to repent, and sacrifice thy programs in thy RAM.

TI-Nspire / Re: [Lua] Gravity guy

nice.  I like it with linear gravity as the original.  Other wise it's too hard to judge when to jump.
