I'm supposed to be so-called hosting it from my own computer now, and I was doing a good job, but I keep OS-hopping so much now that it never stay up. Now I'm trying to "tame the Daemon" and once I do that, I'll get Apache again and set all that stuff back up.

you mean in windows? Sry i dont know much, AlienCC from UTI may be able to help though. If you are not hosting it at home then you need a free webhost though that support what language your site use. Else maybe demon could help (providing he know how to set things secure)
