Fine, I give in.  Java it is, out-of-browser.  It will be a reasonably sized house, with an explorable yard (but nothing viewable past that), with generic suburbs in the background.

How about a squirrel running around?  The trees will change with the seasons (as will the rest of the environment).

I don't think a tree should be involved, but I like the idea of catching the squirrel.

There should also be a bar-tender that sells drinks....  But only drinks that make you lose.
