If you guys remember that I started out with a rpg project for TI- Nspire a while back in lua, which was later dropped. While the project was being planned I had made a detailed story out of it and I was quite unhappy about it. Recently I got RPG Maker VX Ace as a gift from my friend, and the rpg story came back to me :D




So I started yesterday on it and came out with a  two map walk test and background storyline. I will be posting regular updates on my blog and cross posting any major updates here :D

The layout of some of those maps looks quite nice so far. I am not much familiar with VX yet since I just got the Steam version a few months ago via Humble Bundle but I might give it a try eventually. I prefer 2003 for the old-school SNES feel but it has compatibility problems so now I prefer VX. How will battle be? 1vs1 or multiple allies vs multiple enemies?
In case you are wondering where I went, I left Omni back in 2015 to form CodeWalrus due to various reasons explained back then, but I stopped calc dev in 2016 and am now mostly active on the CW Discord server at https://discord.gg/cuZcfcF

I seriously havent planned it but i think i would start it 1v1 then slowly transit to party battles

RIP Headphones. I was hearing stuff in the background so I increased my volume, only to jump when the guy entered the door O.O

Nice, though, so far. Do you plan to customize a bit of stuff when you get the hang out of RPG Maker VX Ace? Just backup often, though!

Yeah right now I am just using the defaults but I will modify it slowly.

Also i have backed my files on google drive, icloud, dropbox, my computer, any other choice you want me to add ???

Anyway the new rpg maker (the one i have) has a character generator based on premade components provided but i am thinking of adding some more of my own to it too
