Well, its most likely because you're using a netbook (as said b4). There may be some special restrictions on netbooks, (such as possibly windows 7 starter or some other thing) maybe search up some solution or go here: http://www.eightforums.com and post there

I still haven't installed it because I haven't been bothered either getting a DVD disk to burn it on, or get a 8GB usb and transfer it onto that. But one of my friends has it installed and it looks quite nice.

Anyways, I have installed XBMC on my netbook instead. You should too.

U created a thread about XMBC? I saw you talking about XMBC on omnom so u should.
I've heard it, its basically a great version of windows media center.

No it's not. XBMC is a frontend media centor/OS based on linux, originally for the original XBOX as an alternative OS.

Well yeah i didn't know the exact details but yeah i knew there used 2 be ann xbox version
