I did notice they are making a remake of star fox 64 for it, not a star fox gamecube game, so I don't think this will quite have the capabilities of a gamecube. It's probably halfway there by now.

or it's just they wanna remake the old nostalgic games that not many people can play with current hardware ;)

HERE'S BIG NEWS: A remake of Zelda: Ocarina of Time O.O O.O

One thing nice to see is the analog stick. It should make many games a lot easier.

If Nintendo had had me on their team, the first Nintendo DS would have had the analog stick ;D
I would have given the original gameboy an analog stick

One thing some people reported (including RUner) is that apparently the screen isn't too great. You have to face the DS even in 2D mode, otherwise the screen starts looking weird or something and if you often move while playing it can be annoying. I hope this isn't too much an issue for some games. Also in 3D mode you apparently have to be close to the screen, and some games run slower in that mode.

I am curious what games will come out, though, in the future. I wonder if there will be some RPGs or first person shooters? I know there's the Zelda OOT remake.

I'm not having any such issues with 2D mode. I do get some weird stuff if I have it on very low 3d settings, but not when the slider is set completely to 2D.

Weird. I wonder if it could depend on the battery power or some different settings?

With the very low 3d, could the weirdness be because the images are so slightly offset that your eyes don't realize they are supposed to be from two different angles?

Strange, I wonder if when I tried it before launch if it was actually set on low 2D... I didn't check the slider because I never looked online how the button layout was like, since I don't follow gaming news regularly.
