Help!
« on: April 01, 2013, 08:07:14 pm »
I was experimenting with the Ti-84+ emulator for Ti-Nspire CX and I was transferring a rom file using the student software and my calc rebooted. It got about halfway before a exclamation point appeared in the lower left hand corner and it said "System Error". I tried removing the OS using the maintenance menu but I got the same error. Can someone tell me what is happening and how I can fix it? If I can I would like to keep my files intact as I don't want to loose my stuff :( .

If it helps I was running Nover with the CPU set to 256 MHz and the AHB at approx 63 MHz. Nover was malfunctioning, It was in the startup folder but my overclocks were only taking effect when I opened the program, and even then the changes were only temporary.

I had the same trouble. Removing the battery and the reset button does not resolve the problem.  I had to do a complete reformat.  Sorry  :-\
