Its called quebec (in canada). Some ppl are crazy here, that stuff doesnt happen much in my town tho but instead drivers start driving at 3x the speed limit to show they are angry and try to scare ppl by doing noises, pretty annoying at times and sometimes it can make you feel nervous the rest of the day. Not a big deal
