I added a new section in the forums: the forums rules. To get to it click on the "Rules" link above in the welcome box. Altough nothing bad happened on our website since discussion abilities were given to users back in May of this year, I decided to add rules on the forums anyway.
On other forums (those related to TI, not Casio and HP forums) we have seen many flaming, bashing and destructive criticism in the past and even recently, even on some thought to be friendly forums, like calcgames.org (
http://calcgames.org/cgi-bin/teemz/teemz.cgi?board=_master&action=opentopic&topic=886&forum=Discussion). We also saw anti TI-BASIC flames, comments and trolling at ticalc.org and some forums. At Omnimaga, this never happened and we don't want this to happen, at any cost. We want to create the most friendly calculator community in existence, where absolutely no programmer bashing, flaming will be tolerated, and we want everyone here to enjoy their visit. We are a community, people are making those softwares in their hobbies, for free and for everyone pleasure and they would like to be respected for their hard work.
I hope that people will continue enjoying their stay in the calculator community, on this website or anywhere else and be respectful to other people in the future.
