Pre-Release of Hot Dog's Ti-83+ ASM Lessons is now available!

For those of you who have trouble understanding Ti-83+ ASM and want to learn it--or for people who have enjoyed the lessons and want everything packed togeter--I have uploaded a draft of my ASM tutorials.  Please go here to get it:

The .zip file includes almost everything you need, although I still have to add some Mac files, the Appendix B sprite routine, and Learn ASM in 28 days.

This is a "beta," so please let me know if there's anything I should change!  When everything is ready, I will release the full file here, on Cemetech, on UnitedTI, and on ticalc.org

A fair warning, though: There are a couple of things that fall right on the edge of a page, so your printer will not be able to print the whole thing.  This mostly refers to example programs.

I attempted to learn Asm twice and so far I have not written one successful Asm program.  However, I believe some of my success at Axe is due to my attempts to learn Asm.  They go hand in hand, so if you can, attempt to learn Asm if you want to learn Axe (even if you fail, try and understand the concepts).  Also, if you want to learn Asm, Axe can be a stepping stone that will help you on your way. :)

yep but it is more advanced then that, moreover because commands can be integrated into each other which can't be done using 'regular' macro's. Axe made me want to port C over to the calc but that is far too hard for me but maybe one day...

I'm not entirely sure about that; I think even nested commands should be able to use macros.
As for C, there are C compilers for z80, but, in short, they are not very efficient; z80 is not a good architecture for C. :(
