Two new TI-Nspire card games
« on: August 14, 2011, 11:02:51 am »
Some TI-Nspire card games came out recently. First of all, Odo Bogdan made a Solitaire clone called Klondike for Ndless 2.0, which can be downloaded on ticalc.org.

And here is another card game, this time by Yann Henaux, called nGolfe. This one is for OS 3.0 branch and is written in Lua. As you can see in the screenshot, JPEG compression should be avoided for calculator stuff when possible and the game looks quite nice. It can be downloaded in TI-BANK archives.

Cool!
And the fun part is that I, Chockosta and pianoman are also making card games for the contest!
Mine is also a klondike game :)

i like how development follows such pronounced trends here at nomnimaga, with all the games of a certain type coming out at once =D
And we're not even trying! :D

It's a good thing the Nspire finally has something easier to learn than C/ASM for those who prefer higher level languages. On the 83+, most peopled used TI-BASIC until Axe came out, but on the Nspire TI-BASIC was too limited.
