TI-News shuts down, but may be reopened

Those who visited http://www.ti-news.net recently probably saw the webmaster announcement about the website being no longer maintained and its soon shutdown. This is the present now.

After the shut down of the original TI-News back in 2003, Two guys restarted a new website right afterward, it had many websites added to conglomerate, including Omnimaga and practically all huge programming teams out there as well. Until 2005 the site was very active, but then users noticed lack of interest from the two admins, and what was expected by some happened: the site is now gone once again.

Fortunately, somebody is currently workng on a new website, meaning it will hopefully reopen if the project works well. We don't know when, we don't even know if it will, but there's still hope to get all TI related news gathered all together, which make not only knowing new TI stuff easier, but this allow websites to be known more, as there is links to them on the conglomerate. We wish good luck to the new webmaster to bring us TI-News v3!

Someone was offered the TI-News.net site, and he accepted..It will not disappear, and it is in great hands~! (it is not me, and I will wait for him to come forward >.>)

well it's Rezek/KevinJB from TI-News who got offered the site, i hope to see the site back someday even if it take months

It appears its KevinJB. But ive never even been to ti-news.net so It'll be interesting once it is reopened.

I think Rezek will do fine. TI-News was/is of importance to a community with so many outlets. I hope it continues and I wish those taking part in bringing it back find success. I know RevSoft will be taking part in providing our news, and I hope the others will as well!

he will do it I'm sure, look at revsoft site, awesome stuff, and he seems like a great web coder so I'm sure he'll be able to bring us a fresh new site :)smile.gif
