Idea: Animal Crossing in xlib

while i was browsing through the ticalc.org website (and this site aswell),  i started thinking, with all the new advantages why now recreate some of the old game with better graphx (LOL).
the first one to come to mond was Animal Crossing. probably overloked in the past but with some editing could be a promising title...

(if not that one may be look into recreating another one...) ;)wink.gif

Dude animal crossing is a sweet game I think it would be great if it was re-done. If you need help --Killerplayer  :)smile.gif
There are 10 types of people in this world-- those that can read binary, and those that can't.

Though I've never played Animal Crossing, people have told me it's a fun game.  Fun = good so I hope this project comes to fruition (i don't think i spelled that right)

Animal Crossing was a little fun, but I wasn't drawn into it enough for constant playing.
But for those addicts out there, AC-TI would be a great addition to  the calc games library.

Good luck making this without a group effort though...
One of these days I'll get a sig I'm really proud of.

Planned features(-54125+*):
-Season change
-multiple houses/savefiles*
-fishing minigame**
-turnip stock market
-trading items/mail
-mail to npc/responses from npc
-selling items from your house...
-minigames

Not implemented
-good graphx
-anything i can't fit into the game...

Since this is my first game graphics might be less than average...
i couldn't draw if my life was on the line and i cant seem to find a sprite sheet for the Animal Island (gba Minigame).I also renamed the game Animal Island 83+

*-i am planning being able to literally trade characters to another town via link.(however traded characters will not be playable... only to show off you home and sell items.

**ability to catch and sell fish to tom nook(general store owner)

(-54125+*) all planned features are subject to change
