Calculator emulators?
« on: May 27, 2010, 06:13:07 pm »
Hey I've been wanting to find a working calculator emulator for a while now but I can't find one.

I've tried VTI and Wabbitemu but they don't work :(
If someone could suggest something it would be appreciated

WabbitEmu doesn't work? Do you have a ROM? If not, use rom8x to get one.

Spoiler For "PartesOS links":
I'll put it online when it does something.

I've already got a ROM of my 83+ but when the screen shows up it doesn't register anything.

Try turning the emulated calculator on, or redumping, as you might have dumped the ROM improperly. If redumping doesn't work, you can usually just use a ROM upgrade file from TI's site with an emulator, since they contain the OS data.

press F12 once you load the ROM, it should turn on at that point. if it doesn't, you have a bad ROM image.

I'll try your suggestions later when I get off this computer (It's on the only computer in the house without internet)
