Future of Nspire Ti-Basic Programming?

Is it possible that the Nspire CX will have a much better programming environment than before?  I'm sorry if this question had been asked, but I don't know

And by user defined, they probably mean teacher defined... for which you have to get a license and wear one of those little GPS ankle bracelets...

Hmm I wonder what this means, especially now with that crippled 84+ OS... it would be nice, though, because if the Nspire had good BASIC programmability like the 84+, a lot more people would program for it.

Or they mean the libraries as they are defined at page 403 of the Nspire user manual ...

You can make your own libs really easily right now. They're just written in Nspire basic, and therefore as useless as programming it yourself.

Also, I am willing to bet any CX improvements will also be in the old nspire 3.0 version as well. ;D
