Yeah, I was thinking about posting a news when we got two 300 posts day the same month at first, but then I decided against it, because I kinda predicted June to be more active. I was just unsure how much, given the 500 Internal Server Error problems one month ago and uncertain activity from some members. I just didn't want to end up filling the front page with posting record news every few days. In fact, a few days later, we reached 400, then the next day another 400, then we beaten our record of 5430 in a month, so finally, I just decided to wait until this month ends to post news about the activity records. We also need to remember this will probably take a long while before activity becomes this high again, anyway.

Do you think we will manage 7000 this month? We are pretty close right now. By this month average, we probably would, but the graph attached to this post, if you look in the last few days trend, says otherwise

(btw I noticed Cemetech activity took a big drop too. UTI will have an hard time to make it through the Summer if no project news arrives

I wonder if next year we will hit 1 million requests in a month o.o

It also looks like we will hit the 5 millions milestone somewhere this month or in August and we had 3 months in a row above 100000 unique visitors

In June, our monthly page requests were only 7 times lower than what ticalc.org got.

Well to my surprise, we just got our 2nd most active month in Omnimaga history. A slight drop over June but still higher than the rest of the year. We also had two days above 400 posts, like in June. In addition to that, we hit another traffic record this month, even if July is normally the least busy period of the year. The whole OS 2.1 fiasco most likely contributed a lot, though.

I haven't generated new graphics for the daily postcount, monthly visitors/requests and community activity yet, but you can take a look at the monthly post stats graph below (also available in the stats page):

Also, since school is restarting soon, I've disabled most of the stats page for guests. That page alone was 50 SQL queries and took several seconds to generate, meaning OUCH on the database server. It will be re-enabled completly in the middle of September (or before if we receive no activity spike in late August)

I finally felt like checking forums to update my graphic again so here is it finally. Fortunately Ticalcs.net now filter most bots, so it's easier for me. Below you can get an idea of the activity on most English Z80 TI forums since 2005:

Unless there's a turnaround of events, UTI seems to be slowly following MaxCoderz now. Even if we combine UTI with TI-Basic Developer, which used to pretty much have the same userbase as UTI, they're still much lower than they were years ago.
