Other / "LEGAL" Hacking . . . really
« on: May 09, 2009, 12:40:33 am »
many have stated that this is the golden age of hacking; however, the true nature of hacking has only started to surface.  As our world continues to become hopelessly interconnected in ways we never suspected or dreams, network security continues to worsen.  The internet is increasing at a faster rate than security, meaning that like wise the number of exploitable problems in the network is increasing faster than secure networks.  I foresee that in the close future just about everything will be tied into a network.  If that level of interconnected technology is reached, then hacking likewise will start to have a bigger effect on not just one network, but all IT technology in a country.  It is already possible to shut of power grids in the US through hacking, in the future it may be possible to shut off everything worthwhile through hacking.
When the US government has already seen this possibility and is in the process of employing hundreds of IT professionals.  China and Russia has started to wage cybernetic warfare against their enemies.  This is how hacking will be legalized eventually, working for one's home country as a government hacker will no doubt be a highly payed job in the future.  This legal hacking will no doubt be a thing to watch for.

Introduce Yourself! / Hello
« on: May 09, 2009, 12:01:38 am »
Well, its been a while since I have been in the TI community since innovation and new projects have been at a low point; however, this I feel should be changing within the next few years as programing in general is becoming more of a public interest.  So fill me in on what has happened in the last year or two in the TI community in general.

Thanks

graphics are hard, but with xlib they are easy
what is hard is putting those graphics into a game and still have it run fast

I mean just doing well in school gets you called a nerd or geek and once they hear you are in advanced math for the grade they look at you as if your not human. :(sad.gif

i really don't care if a person is gay or not, just as long as it does not makes problems for society. also the entire gay thing is just a waste of time, if some one is gay they are gay and no one can change it, so people should just let it be not complain about something they will never be able to change. and anyways it is a good thing that some people are gay because then they can't have children, and with the earth starting to be over populated it is good that they can't contribute to earth's population probleml.  lastly people that cann't just let it be are idiotic in that belief since it justs promotes fear of gays and wastes time and energy when something much more productive for humanity can be done instead of arguring the point of if it is bad or not. I mean you have to also relize that gays are human too.
