Most games do not. However, the TI-Boy app convertor already detects trailing 0's and 255's and removes them, so Pokemon Red does end up taking less space.

Can you get pokemon red on the ti-84 plus non-se one? I'm trying this for ages... Can you please tell me how you do it?
