General Calculator Help / TI-Nspire Cas Touchpad upgrade problem

Hello,
I have upgrade the OS of my TI-Nspire Cas Touchpad from v2.0 to the latest v3.6 from TI site and everything was ok during the installation of the OS, but now the touchpad doesn't work and the keypad mapping is completely messed up, only Menu, esc, tab, enter，7, 4, 1, 9, 6 and 3 are working normally.
I have tried to re install the OS but the error persists.
How can I solve this problem ?
