TI Calculators / Re: Quick question regarding TI-nspire CX

Thank you!

I flashed the boot2 using nsNandMgr and I'm now running CX CAS 3.1.0.392 on the CX calc :)
Boot2 version 3.10.16.

Do we have any approved updates or should I stick to this OS version now?

I'm a happy camper now, thank you again :)

I tried to use Nlaunch, the calc will not accept the file. I'm pretty sure the boot2 needs to be flashed. If I'm wrong, I'm very happy  :)

Hi! I'm new and I have googled a lot, and in need of some help.

I have a CX with the final letter C and I want to install CAS on the calculator.
When I bought it from a friend, it had software version 3.9... I have managed to downgrade it to 3.1.0.392, using the information available here in the forum. I'm currently unable to intall the CAS software on the device.

I understand that in order to be able to install the CAS softvare version I have to flash the boot2.  (Currently I have Boot1=3.0.99 and Boot2=3.24.7)

I will get an USB-TTL adapter soon but I haven't found information on the bersion of boot2 I should use and also some manual on how exactly to flash the device (programs/steps/etc).

Can anyone help, I would really appreciate it!
