That seems to happen in all party based RPG's any ways so I don't think I'd let that in particular influence your decision. With characters getting introduced at different points in the game it's nearly impossible to keep them all the same level. Single player would seem to lead to a more simplistic game design (less weapons,  no classes,  less events to keep up with ect.) and party based would be the opposite. Like dragon warrior I vs. something like Final fantasy IV.
I guess in the end it really comes up to personal preference.

Several years back i actually remember seeing a mario bros 1 clone in VB. It actually ran pretty well( Aside from being a bit glitchy, unfinished and well.. made in VB :Ptongue.gif) Me thinks you should work on the RPG, just my 2 cents anyways.

Aww u kiddin me? As much in love I am with this 83 +SE I still love my 86. This is actually my 2nd 86 as my first one got lost/stolen some time ago when my cousin had it. I really should learn not to loan these things out.  <_<dry.gif

GBA's res is slightly lower @240 x 160  as opposed to the DS which is 256 x 192.
