@above I tried that. Didn't work.

well what is a compatible driver with Ti Nspire Student Soft, if there is one that is.

17
However, the software doesn't work with the calc. Nor does sending files to the calc via TiLP.

18
Yep.

19
I have the new OS. I cannot move files from PC to Calc via TILP and the Student soft is not working. THis is what I get when I want to move a game like snake to my calc:

I get the same message as before:

20
Right now I am updating OS via TiLP. I still can't get a connection using Ti Nspire Student Soft. though.

21
What do you suggest I try?

Is the driver that I have the correct one or is there another one I need. I checked the driver date and it is over a year old. March 2010

TILP says that it failed to open the USB device.

BTW does TiLP or TINS support the nspire cx?

22
Now, I did. So how should I configure TiLP. I started TiLP and it said that USB cannot be found and stuff like that. And no devices found.

The driver in the device manager is TI Nspire(TM) Handheld device. Is this the correct driver?

23
I see. Okay, here we go.

24
Installed TiLP. Now I should reboot and it will work?

25
But how will the new drivers be installed?

26
Wait, where are the drivers from TiLP or NSpire Student soft? Yeah, I know how to uninstall a driver. But what driver should I put there instead?

I unistalled the driver. Now what should I do

27
What drivers should I use. I mean what name of drivers.

28
How would I force the update of drivers?

29
Going to try this tomorrow, as I have an assignment.

30
Remote controllingly uninstalling student soft.
