News / Axe Terminal Beta Released« on: January 08, 2011, 11:02:11 pm »
Ah ok, sounds good. Maybe you could add a number at the start designating how many arguements are being passed kind of like argc? Then again, that might make it harder to figure out things.
Can't wait to see this implemented ![]() 2464

thought you'd do something like that
![]() Are you going to do it the same way that C/C++ does it (argc argv)? Or store it in a different way? Yeah it could get crowded, that's why I said possibly just running them right after instead 2465

Amazing
![]() Here is an idea, how about adding the ability to pass arguments to a program, and allow programs to call other programs? maybe just call them at the end or something, and pass arguments to that called program? 2466

It's a lot more graphical then Terminal :p make it allow other programs to use it's graphics routines, like the mouse and you will start being able to compete with Terminal more :p

Well...it could get annoying. Personally, the links in the sidebar are good enough, and everybody who know's about adding the ;wap2 at the end will have it really easy.

Site Feedback and Questions / Re: Mobile/low-bandwidth version of Omnimaga« on: January 08, 2011, 04:52:41 pm »Well, here is what an ipod user agent kinda looks like. It's faked, because it's safari making browsers think it's an iphone, but it still shows what to look for:basically all you need to do is have the check look for iPhone in the string. Don't know what files to change though to detect this, and I also like giving the users the choice on what version they want to browse 2475

Possibly, usually I just add a ;wap2 after an address to open it in wap2 (make sure it's after the ? though)
In the past I tried to implement a iPod/iPhone specific theme, but it didn't work out unfortunately. |
