General Calculator Help / Re: Nspire CX CAS got sick after Ndless 3
« on: June 24, 2012, 12:54:38 pm »
The cx comes with just a rechargable battery, and can't use AAAs.  Iirc it's still removable tho, albeit under a screwed-on cover?

Try booting it while it's plugged in, so it uses the usb as a power source.
I know I have one :P
But in France, we have a difference between one battery (which is said "batterie") and batteries (which is said "piles"). So I got confused and said "batteries" instead of "battery". Editing post.

Ok. I was wondering if you would use a 3D rendering for the player, as the screenshot shows for now, but a sprite would indeed be a lot easier (and faster) :)

TI-Nspire / kArmTI - TI-Nspire emulator with skin

Yay :D
I managed to make it work. Thanks :)
But when I do "Save Flash as...", what type of fil is it meant to create ?
I only get one file with no extension and I don't get how to make the emu work without redoing everything ???
The file extension is usually 'bin', so just rename your file XXX to XXX.bin
Ok, but the thing I get is the bin for the OS, right ?
I mean if I rename it to XXX.bin, then when I run karmTI, the line should be the following, is that it ?
/1=Boot1cx.img /F=XXX.bin /K4

This is awesome, and, now that I think of it, this is only the beginning O.O
I have a useless thought (as usual).
Will you make the camera turn at the same time as the player ?
I mean will we always see the back of the player or will we see his sides a bit when he turns ?

I am sorry in advance if my questions are stupid or if someone already answered, but I really don't know what to do when I launch the exe and this window pops.

I used polydumper and got all the images I need but what do I do with them then ? How do I "give them" to the emulator ? ???

I do not think will be a virus because I reload the OS few ago ...

my antivirus identify nothing otherwise.

(and it's always the same error)
But what exactly is that error ? What does it say ?

hey!
new OS version 3.2.1219
downloading.....
maybe the disp problem was solved

You really seem to don't care about Ndless at all. Moreover, if you use basic, lots of new problems appeared in this version, you know.

News / Re: TI: A step back towards the TI community?
« on: June 19, 2012, 10:38:18 am »
Casio said that if we do something wrong again, they might lock the PRIZM like TI did with the Nspire. At least, though, Casio is giving us one last chance.
what has been done wrong before with casio calcs?
Well there are two Prizms in fact: the fx-cg20 and the fx-cg10. Both support ASM but the fx-cg10 has some limitations concerning images (to not put cheats on the calc I guess). And for some reason, someone released an Image Viewer for the Prizm, which is as stupid as releasing OSLauncher or PTTKiller for Nspire since this is exaclty what the company doesn't want. I guess this is what they talk about.
