I'll give it a try (though, it'll be awhile, since I have dial-up).

I can teach you everything you need to know about Win32 API programming: controls, resources, etc. Me = Former Dev C++ user, now using Code::Blocks (made by the same guy, just a much better C++ IDE. www.codeblocks.com). 4+ years C/C++.

Sad thing is, I'm not on Omnimaga much, so if you really want some help, email me:

OpenGL tuts. There's plenty of DirectX ones, and DirectX sucks if you're a real programmer who doesn't like to take shortcuts that aren't really as fast...

After your type your source code, there's a program that will convert it to HTML for you. I believe it's called Doxygen??? (idk google it and see what comes up).

Not until this quarter in school is over. I've had enough time these past couple of days to get on, but I don't think I'll have enough time to be a good staff member until this quarter is over in school.

So, I'll re-apply for a staff position again around the end of March.

C++ = C + Classes (and a few other minor things)

Actually, C++ is called that because the "++" is the symbol for increment, so C++ is really "C+1" (Or C version 2, whatever).

If you learn C, then you learn C. But if you learn C++, you know both.

You'd also have to find out a way to fit a file system utility on the calc, so you could use the thumb drive without wiping out all of the existing data on it (and be able to save files, variables, programs, etc on. it).

Sounds like an interesting project...

How bout's you set for indefinitely (virtually). Create a timestamp that maxes out the Unix format without rolling it over (I don't know how *nix formats their timestamps, so I can't give an example). I assume you should be able to set the cookie for a coupla decades...

As for running on a Mac, possibly. I don't have enough experience with newer Macs to be able to say (newer Macs meaning any Mac after the Apple II GS :Ptongue.gif ).

Project deadlines:
Entire OS (with all features, plus all of them that I can't describe above, due to security reasons): January 2010
Programming IDEs: September 2007
