I can see what you do with the last game, but what do you do (how do you play) the first two? And on the second one, what's the point of moving around?

Other Calculators / Re: Nspire or Prizm?
« on: April 16, 2011, 08:15:39 pm »
Quick question, how to vote on a poll?

1203
 Which one to get? The PRIZM :) or the Nspire :(.

Edit: Decision made. TI-Nspire. Not sure whether clickpad or touchpad because I know the touchpad edition has geometry and spreadsheets and a keyboard and a grayscale screen. Tell me if the clickpad has these.

Ok I'll update the list in my sig. This is kinda turning into a different topic: over which calculator is the best.

I've made my decision on which calc to get: TI-Nspire clickpad :hyper:.
If I ever need the keyboard or touchpad (probably the keyboard) I'll just get the touchpad keypad. :)

Why clickpad? Here are the options I am considering:

TI Nspire with TI-84 keypad (seems good, considering it)
Pros: Mouse, grayscale screen, large memory capacity, free TI-84 keypad and emulator, computer-like navigation, large screen, QWERTY keyboard, Math Print OS, USB connection, good price ($117.99)
Cons: None so far

TI 92 Plus (kinda dropping the idea)
Pros: Powered by AA's, large screen, much like a portable computer, large QWERTY keyboard, quite powerful, more memory than 84+, low price, Pretty Print, USB connection
Cons: Outdated and discontinued, low price because discontinued

Casio Prizm (I am really considering this one)
Pros: Color screen, picture plotting, textbook-style display, large memory capacity, USB connection
Cons: Battery life seems a bit short, not a TI calc (bye bye Axe and everything else)

Ok, adjusted my signature.

I sure hope I get a graphing calc soon becuase it's driving me crazy  to keep coming on here and not able to actually test any of the programs  :'(.

Now what calculator would you recommend? TI-Nspire touchpad, TI-84 plus, or TI-92? These are the three options I am considering.

Heh, sounds cool. My friends always missed this when we got the TI-15(?) in 5th grade, and this'll be a fun app to show my friends once I get the TI-84+!

P.S. You have a screenshot?

TI Z80 / Re: Eitrix for TI-84 Plus

Eitrix sounds really fun, it must have been hard to program, especially with all of those features. But I only know Python and I have yet to get a TI-84+ and I would then need to learn Axe...

Yay my first bag of peanuts!  ;D

I'll have to post somewhere else so I can change my profile!

Hi, I'm Spyro543.

I joined here because I'm thinking about getting a TI-84 Plus, and trying out the programming, but I don't have one yet.  :'(

I've mostly been in the Other Calc-Related Projects And Ideas forum, and those ideas, screenshots, and programs are simply AMAZING. I really like Darl181's projects.

When I get a TI-84+ I'll post more. But for now I'll just have to see what's going on here.  :)
