Hi guys! I just installed ndless and nover for my calculator (OS 3.6) and i'm trying to get gpsp and gbc on it, but when i click on the files, it just says that the document format is not supported. Help would be greatly appreciated!
If that's happening, you may have to reinstall. Ndless on OS 3.6 doesn't stay installed when the calculator fully powers off, I think.

Bug report: In pokemon gold, switching between the Pokegear map and time makes a random day of the week appear.
Yeah, actually, I don't support the RTC hardware that is present in some cartridges. That may not even be possible with the current emulation setup. I guess that was never seen as an issue before because these games were too large to fit on a TI-84+SE

Excuse me while I do a little self-promotion here. I'm part of a small video game reviewing group on Youtube and we've just posted my first review! Views and subscribers will be much appreciated, of course, as well as feedback. Anyway, the video review is below, and the game will be released later today.

Hmm, I wonder what this means for TI-Boy CSE. It's not like the execution of TI-Boy itself makes any permanent changes to the OS, except it patches an OS glitch with flash page copying which would occasionally corrupt apps. Technically I could leave out that patch and TI-Boy would run fine, but then some apps would occasionally get corrupted when being moved during defragmentation.

critor posted a screenshot on TI-Planet comparing the two and it seems there are quite a few changes, though in the lines visible on-screen most of them are things like "C39417" to "C39717" and "CD983F" to "CDA13F". Maybe they inserted a jump somewhere and had to update the rest of the addresses?
Could this address change cause some ASM programs to stop working?
Nope, those are internal OS calls.

I'm calling it now, it's just the version number and the RSA signature.
So literally nothing changed ?
We don't know yet. calc84 is just being incredibly pessimistic
Well actually, given TI's track record recently with OS updates this may be a form of optimism.

This piece of news should go brown text.
It's quite real, though. http://education.ti.com/en/us/software/search/ti-84-plus-c-silver-edition Version 4.2 as of February 27. (So we're a bit late on finding this out ) Someone ought to diff the two versions and see what's changed. (Presumably something has)

Oh wow that is just too cool
Btw a bug report: Since this new version, enemy sprites sometimes flicker in Metroid II.
Yeah, I noticed this as well. That's actually a very old glitch that has something to do with timing... I'm not sure why it's showing up again.

Well, here's the update you've been waiting for! In TI-Boy CSE Alpha 0.0.03, pressing the '+' button will actually scale the image up to the entire screen! (Keep in mind, of course, that this comes with a bit of performance loss due to more pixel outputs per frame.)
On a side note, I switched from RLE to LZ77 for compressing the splash screen, saving over 1KB of space within the emulator (giving me room to expand).

Oh, I see. I didn't know Gameboy Color was even supported!
It's not. Pokemon Silver can run on the original Game Boy.

I used direct USB with no problems. I sent Zelda and Pokemon.
Oh sorry, I meant nobody could send Pokemon Silver specifically with Direct USB. It really depends on the APP. I can send most APPs over Direct USB.

That's weird, because someone in the It's Coming topic said it worked...
If you're talking about Runer112, he was only able to send it with the SilverLink cable, and I was able to as well. Direct USB doesn't seem to work for anyone as far as I tell (seems like it might be some TI-OS bug).

By the way, the error I'm getting with TI-Connect is "The I/O operation has aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request. (800703E3)"
Also, I heard the USB reconnection sound, which was kind of odd. I'll give it a try with silverlink.

I did download it though, and confirmed it won't send via TI-Connect. It also crashed TILP. Interesting.
Edit: I wonder if perhaps TILP doesn't support apps above 2MB. Maybe Rabbitsign doesn't, either.
