That gives you an advantage: if you submit a calculator game, the judges will be impressed at the game bing on a calculator!   :)

ASM / Re: [ON] Add
« on: April 27, 2013, 03:09:51 pm »
Can I keep [ON] from breaking the program and have it register as a keystroke in either variable K (preferred) or Ans by using an ASM sub-program?   ???

I think so...  However, with the short distance that the pony falls, I don't know if it would make that much of a difference in the game play itself.   :P

ASM / [ON] Add
« on: April 27, 2013, 02:17:48 pm »
I there a way to do this through ASM on the TI-84 Plus SE?

Code: [Select]
:ASM(prgmPRGMNAME
:If K=101  //Or whatever the keystroke is for [ON] in the program; Can it be stored to K instead of Ans?
:___

#4626: You carry a stack of about 90 something sheets of paper covered in hex and sprite codes, a TI-84 Plus SE manual, a notebook of paper scribbled with code sprite/hex code, and a TI-84 Plus SE calculator around with you, wherever you go, without any shame at all!   XD

EDIT: It stopped.  Thank you, though...   ???

General Discussion / Re: Favorite Music

I think that favorite genre changes with mood.  (i.e., If you are in a happy mood, would you listen to a funeral song?)

Is it wrong to say your favorite  genre?  I am not saying all other genres are bad, just that I prefer a certain genre.

What are your favorite genre(s), song(s), album(s), or artist(s)?  Post them with a link!   :)

Although my favorite genre is always changing, I like the artists Coldplay, Radiohead, Snow Patrol, and U2 pretty well!   ;D  I would post certain songs, but thee are too many for me to link too...

TI Z80 / Scope OS
« on: April 27, 2013, 12:19:09 pm »
Sope OS uses a powerful blend of ASM and BASIC to aid you in accomplishing whatever you wish to do. It will use a program to function as a shell which will be more user friendly than the standard TI OS, using a simplistic GUI similar to that of a mac or a PC. It is currently in the development phase and is not yet available for download. However, its code is being pieced together, bit by bit at a steady pace.   ;)

Introduce Yourself! / My Introduction
« on: April 27, 2013, 12:05:50 pm »
Hello, my name is Josh, and I have been programming for a little less than 6 months.  I am in the eighth grade and program as a hobby.  My current project is Scope OS I (https://code.google.com/p/scope-os/).  I know BASIC quite well, have a limited knowledge of hex, and use libraries.  I like to take the TI-BASIC coding language and stretch it to its limits unconventionally.   ;)
