ClassPad supports BASIC games and also C++ if I remember. I also think there's Lua, although I don't know if it was ever finished.

Lua was finished quite a while ago ;)

EDIT:

This is what I get when I try to access casio-scene.com:

shit, the server where I had the site was hacked and hackers deleted all the accounts .... shit

I'm still not believing

I had no backup of the site casio-scene.com

the last backup that I was even before I start making the casio-scene

the server admin is trying to recover the cloud backup

I'm glad this is seeing more progress. I wish I had an Android phone or tablet thing. I wonder if there are any Android emulators for Windows?
you can run full android os in a normal computer, or in a vmware virtual machine

check the project homepage -> https://sites.google.com/a/android-x86.org/web/home

Double post, but I think what happened to Megaupload yesterday (and the fact Mediafire/Rapidshare are most likely next) might convince you to not use those sites to store your site uploads, right?
Yes, no mediafire,rapidshare, hotfile, filesonic...

I will use dropbox cloud service for host +2mb files

mumbles about being lazy to upload stuff to places you have to wait 45 seconds to download*
Megaupload > No captcha for free users
if we use megaupload+jdownloader = perfect, more fast than torrents

Megaupload was closed today by the FBI

Quote
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The Megaupload.com site was shut down and the Justice Department on Thursday charged seven individuals and two corporates with running an international organized criminal enterprise allegedly responsible for massive worldwide online piracy of numerous types of copyrighted works. The conspirators allegedly earned more than $175 million in illegal profits through advertising revenue and selling premium memberships, the Justice Department said. On Wednesday, several Web sites voluntarily shut down to protest anti-piracy legislation making its way through Congress.

look at this
The site is one of the world's most popular file-sharing services, but has now been closed following allegations that its founder and several other executives were charged with violating a number of piracy laws.

The allegations state that Megaupload has cost copyright holders a loss of over $500 million (£320m) in revenue from pirated films and other media.

It appears that its spinoff sites including Megavideo and Megapix have also been shut down for the time being.

A statement posted on the FBI's website read: "This action is among the largest criminal copyright cases ever brought by the United States and directly targets the misuse of a public content storage and distribution site to commit and facilitate intellectual property crime."

The Justice Department explained that Kim Dotcom (formerly Kim Schmitz) and three others were arrested in New Zealand.

Megaupload had released a statement shortly before the shutdown, stating that the allegations were "grotesquely overblown".

The statement read: "The fact is that the vast majority of Mega's internet traffic is legitimate, and we are here to stay. If the content industry would like to take advantage of our popularity, we are happy to enter into a dialogue. We have some good ideas. Please get in touch."

The website allows users to upload and transfer files that are too large for email, and is similar to several other sites including Rapidshare and FileServe.

The Motion Picture Association of America recently alleged that the vast majority of files used on Megaupload are in violation of copyright laws.

The move comes one day after many websites including Wikipedia and Craigslist shut down in protest against the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and Protect IP Act (PIPA).

I doubt Casio files really need this much space, though. If I remember, Ticalc.org archives are like 18 GB of files, and they got 40000+ files. Most calc files are around 1-20 KB, although there are of course some exceptions.

Bandwidth-wise, if it ever becomes a problem, maybe you could require registration to download files larger than 500 KB? I know ticalc.org averages at 3.43 GB of bandwidth usage per day with about 5 million hits per month, so if you have about 500000 hits per month (which is not likely to be exceeded for a new Casio-related site) then this makes approximately 100 times fewer bandwidth per day usage.
there are many more applications, games, etc. for Texas than for casio... In addition, texas calculators are the most popular...
in the future if I have Bandwidth problems, will limit the file download for registered users only.

I have other sites/forums and maybe in the future, I will change the hosting company...

currently I am using the hosting services of a small company in the UK, because of the small price, and the owner is my friend...

anyone have any feedback of hostgator? I liked the hostgator BABY plan!

wierd. But calc files arent that big, are they?

98-99% of games and applications/utilities do not have 1MB ...

the biggest addin for casio calculators is physium for prizm (+/- 1,5 MB)...

i can host these files in my server... for other files with more than 2MB, i cannot host theses in my server... (windows apps, librarys, sdk tools, OS...)

I use box.com...

i need use a service like dropbox or box.net

the dropbox have 2/3GB space, but have unlimited Bandwidth

i have a 50GB box.net account, but the guests can only make in max a 10GB/Month Bandwidth, its bad :(

the best solution is use dropbox for it, ...

You may want to make a section for calculator OS's, PC side programs, SDK's, etc. :)

And the new logo looks great!
its a good idea, ... i will make a section under calculator models for OS

I will do another section at the root for PC Tools, with the following subcategories
->SDK Tools (host here some sdk tools for fx9860, prizm, librarys, image generators, etc..)
perhaps with some sub-categories like librarys, image conversion tools, prizm sdk tools, ...

->Emulators - emulator aplications...
->Linux apps - tuxmobil, http://sourceforge.net/projects/xfer9860/ ... screenreceiver for linux, etc...
->Windows apps -> categorie with fa124 like apps
...

currently I am testing the php API of dropbox

would be nice if I could create a system for uploading files to my Dropbox account, and give the link files to users for use in the site...
