Something like that, yes. It looks good, but you possibly need "w+b" and "rb" because it's not text. Just test if it works

It's probably easier if you just use fread, the code you showed in the other thread seemed correct. fwrite is just the opposite and not more difficult to use.

I think there was also some issue with much bigger executables or something. And I'm not sure the loader was finished and bug-free.
Edit: It's not finished. Also it's two times guest. 199

You can also use fwrite for saving and probably have to because fprintf stores the map as text and fread reads it as ints.

The repo is at https://www.unsads.com/scm/svn/nsptools/Ndless/trunk
bflt is much easier to write a loader for than ELF. 202

Cool game
![]() Lol, didn't think of that. How can I download? The link only shows me the .tns as text with lots of special characters Also, it works on classics. But it's probably a bit blurry on a real calculator ![]() 203

Small update: (hopefully) the file browser doesn't crash anymore. I really hope it's fixed now. Report if it still crashes for you.
Apart from that I've only added a warning if you try to overwrite an existing file. Are you thinking about opening several files ?I'm thinking about opening several files, but there are some things which I think are more important. If you all want horizontal scrolling, I'll add it, shouldn't be too difficult. It surely will be optional ![]() I still hope I can get a syscall for displaying text to work, that would solve the problem with the font. 206

Wow, that indeed is a great tool!
![]() Seeing that it's only for calculators with 32MB of memory it would be a bit unhandy to have two of TI's large OSes on it. But the possibility by itself is coolSo real dual boot on a calc? that is pretty awesome!Or it could be possible to have a tri-boot with 3.1 for Ndless, 3.2 for Lua features, and Nspire Linux! ![]() 208

Added a poll about the horizontal scrolling thing.
I don't know about the mouse cursor (as I think it would be rather difficult to program), but scrolling with the touchpad is definitely something I want to add. I don't know yet how I'll do it exactly, though, as I haven't started implementing it. 209

I initially didn't want to support that type of linewrapping (as I don't particularly like it in TI's OS),

You mean it has horizontal scrolling and end scrolls one screen width to the left?
