The classes which I am enrolled in at UofM Ann Arbor (Michigan) are:

EECS 215 - Intro to Electric Circuits
EECS 280 - Programming & Data Structures
NERS 211 - Intro to Nuclear Engineering
PHIL 383 - Knowledge & Reality

I'm particularly worried about the intro classes, as they tend to be more difficult.
Sort of as a method to "weed" out less determined students.

Yes, sadly I must retire. With school beginning tomorrow, it will be increasingly difficult for me to remain active. That is not to say that I will disappear altogether, but rather be on an extended leave of absence as I pursue higher education. I will try to stop by every once in a while and check up on the community.

As I embark on a new journey, I want to thank everyone in the Omnimaga community for being wonderful friends of mine with whom many memories I share. I encourage all of you to continue making Omnimaga one of the best communities around and never let anything stop you from following your dreams.

Thank you and always,

no kidding! This is awesome!
Albeit a little late in reporting, this is quite an achievement imo.
And to steal 2 of the 5 top spots. Seriously DJ, excellent work.

General Discussion / Music Video
« on: August 07, 2009, 07:37:40 pm »
My friend is creating a music video to feature his photography, and I have been asked to compose one of the tracks to be used in the video. So in effort to create a track that will fit well with photography of nature and landscapes, I have composed a new song in the "easy listening" genre (as opposed to trance).

Check it out:

I'll also post the link to the music video when it is finished.

Just messin' around in Acid Pro again.
I downloaded Reason today as well, so I might give it try on my next song.

For now, here is the latest rendering: http://download319.mediafire.com/xfiy9m1op1yg/wjdg5l0zmme/take+my+hand.mp3

Feel free to give me some suggestions.
I think I'm finally starting to understand how to compose good music, but there's still much for me to learn.

btw, I was listening to this all day long, so you might be able to hear some similarities.

Maybe your calculator batteries are low?
I notice that TI-Connect works better after I replace the batteries in my calc.

TI-BASIC / Re: How do you get grayscale?
« on: June 12, 2009, 01:08:43 am »
haha, I can tell that you are using the MLGS editor to generate the 4 level gs. You should create a demo for the the 5 level setting as well :P (j/k, the speed with 5 level makes it only useful for title screens).

Attached and is a demo in 3 level gs using the MLGS editor of a game that everyone will recognize.
<picture of 3 level gs zelda will go here when imageshack starts working>

fu... That was random.

This song is normally like crack but now it's the funniest crack I've ever had to listen to on repeat for hours. xP

Did you actually listen to it on repeat? -.-
I think i would go insane if I did that...
