TI-BASIC / Re: Grayscale
« on: May 27, 2009, 09:19:26 pm »
so, do you know why my grayscale xlib sprite is backwards? i used:
Code: [Select]
PROGRAM:A0
:Repeat 0
:real(1,0,0,2,16,1,0,0
:real(1,0,0,2,16,2,0,0
:End

and pic 1 was a floppy disk with every other pixel for grayscale on, and pic 2 was the grayscale pixels opposite, so it was checkered on each one the opposite of the other (i learned that from z80 heaven the grayscale section, even though this is basic ;D)

well i never have used a cheat app, and dont plan on it, because i could easily back up my calculator without wasting 16.5 kilobytes that the majority of it isnt even used. and even if i did, i wouldn't use it to cheat, just to protect my games and programs, but i wouldnt use them until the testing was over

once again, another old topic (im just going through all of the topics before i joined)... I just like literally five minutes ago made my first ever grayscale on xlib, it was a floppy disk with a grayscale background and a gray slidy thing, and when i ran it, the grayscale was fine! but the picture was backwards. ???

this is really old, but if this is an app the teacher put on there, it probably was to prevent you from cheating, and the only way to do that is to prevent anything that could possibly help you cheat, e.g. memory clear. if you want to get around this, just delete the teacher's app, get the fake-clear app, and before you send it, name it the same as the old app, and make sure it does the same stuff, so as to prevent the teacher from ever knowing that you erased it.
on the other hand, my teacher watches you do all memory clear. thats when you need to do back-up or get the fake clear thing. he doesnt check anything after its cleared, so all you need to do is fake it once and then hell never check it again.

today we had retesting for eogs for those who failed, and it didn't end till like twelve thirty or one oclock or so, and thats when we all got to eat lunch, and i ate breakfast at 7:20, so from my previous posts, one could logically conclude that my tummy was not too happy. that's like 5 hours. i am not a fastable person.
