That's the nice thing about simple processors like the z80. Do you think you could dissasemble some x86 and have it turn out in any way legible?
Even ARM would probably be pretty scrambled.

I bet this would be much easier on the nspire
![]() I loved this game though. I can't wait to play it! Oh, btw in the original it took longer to dig in deeper dirt than in shallower dirt. not sure if you'll want that or not, but it made the drills really properly ramped, since each level would have its optimum drill. 2673

Eh, I wouldn't use it much.

And don't use undocumented functions plz
![]() I think this will be awesome. One suggestion though. The original actually does this too, btw, unless you download. Don't save the map at all. Just regenerate it every time you play. The only version that saved your digging between plays was Goldium edition. That probably would make the whole map issue much easier, right? 2676

You know, what I do in the PC version for earthquakes is instead of digging a one width tunnel, I'll dig it two wide. During earthquakes it's just shifting it to the right or left, and two wide makes it easier to find, so I can reclaim the lost distance.

Saved. Typing would be slow, and glitchy. What if you're typing a command that has another command inside it? It would tokenize to something you don't want.
The 86 actually tokenized it when it was run, as far as I can tell. It took a while after editing to run my big stuff, so i assumed that was what it was doing ![]() I would definitely love to use this btw. I never liked having to use separate progs for spriting and such. ![]() 2679

Ooh! Reversi!
I love metrics too. The only one I would have a difficult time getting used to, IMO, would be kilometers, just because my entire neighborhood is based around miles, so I have a point of reference. 2680

Here's mine. I run cross country though, not track. There is a difference, about 20x as much running.

Just send the source, not the pic. Make sure you have any pic1, and it will compile. That's what I did
Compile as an app! BTW, the Pic is just the credits 2682

He's actually referring to Windows 7 Basic. Starter is kind of like Ubuntu: Netbook edition. just a menu, basically, as your desktop.

Wait, wait, wait....how can you see the file's code after it's compiled? I'm confused! will this compile the code itself?

He said not XP/Vista. That doesn't include 7, so...
Windows 7 Mac OS FreeBSD (but probably not) ![]() are the only options I see, OS wise. Rather limiting. And I was going to suggest the Pandora (www.openpandora.org)! JK, it would suit your needs well IMO, but there's a long waiting list to get one. $350 + shipping isn't so far off from the price though. Oh, and Ubuntu=Linux. i don't like it when people refer to them separately. It's not the best linux distro out there, either. |
