yeah, we don't need to starve the CPU for that key. We already have it from rom dumps.
Question: does anyone know how much the OS code actually changes from version to version? If it's not much, just stuff added on to the existing code (def. not from 1.7 to 2.0, but maybe from 1.4 to 1.6 or 2.0 to 2.1?)

Hey, is there any way to take the various OS versions and compare their hashes to find the key?
We have access to about 9 (i think) Os versions, so there's lots of hashes to compare. Even small portions of the key would be extremely valuable.

Well, I haven't used Ti-Connect for a long time, so I wouldn't know Mine came with OS 1.4 on it, went 2.0, 2.1, 1.0, 1.6. Ndless didn't work well for me

Yeah, that never seemed much of an issue to me. But then, I've never had many long projects (except on the 86, and those were all in basic without grouping and at 100kb of space)

i tried the 9-level and a new 12-level (!!!) I achieved through dispgraphr plus dispgraphrr, and i found a bad occurrence. Some may not mind or notice though.
The tiles end up having diagonal lines going from top-left to bottom right, very distinct sometimes.
I'm going to put off that for a bit, and make a nice arcade game, worthy of the compo in 10 days!

the free one is only for touchpads, since they don't come with one packaged. For clickpads, you can buy one $10. They used to be $40, so you're in luck!
If they didn't change it, buying one also gets you the computer software, or maybe that's just the touchpads.

Yeah, the biggest issue is the fact that the number is so large that the cpu has to divide it using several different cycles, each representing a portion of the number, using complicated math. The GPU idea only has merit for numbers around 10-bits or so. Oh btw, if we ever do crack it, check this out: http://www.freertos.org/
