USB on the nspire can connect the 84+ Just have it on in 84+ mode, and use TI-Connect or tilp. ti-nspire computer link might work, but I'm not sure.
no need for extra hardware. Ti-Connect is free from education.ti.com

Hmm, what about using 1 for left and right, 3 for up and down? Would that be too difficult? I've never worked with dual-layer or any kind of super-basic. Once I found out about axe, I almost completely ditched it.

Well, this is free happybobjr!
This made me laugh so hard. AWESOME!
I wish I had a PS3, but I kinda need a HDTV or it's not really as awesome. The PS2 still has amazing graphics for SD TVs.

Is there a reason you're using goplat's emu for 84+ emulation? If it's anything non-nspire specific, why not just stick with wabbitemu or the like? The only reason I see is if you're a linux guy like me I can't help you there. I don't emulate calcs much. Edit: Besides, it seems like my real nspire does that too, so are you sure it's the emu? Hey, i was thinking, if I can't finish my RPG in time, is it OK to submit a really simple game instead? Like, something I could code in a few hours, but still fun to play and original.

Well, how about having a sort of Undo/give up selection, then showing all the mines?

Hmm...I'll keep that in mind, but since my 9-level method is by far easier than anything else I've tried (besides 4 and 3 level of course ) and only has as much flickering unoptimized as unoptimized 4-level.

I bet it was for their Apps that graphed data input, so they could brag that they write software better than anyone else

Spencer's zelda, right?
I didn't know the lcd differs that much from calc to calc. the nspire's screen definitely flickers more though, especially noticable in chip
The 86 had 16 level in a few applications...

I never had any problems with little siblings messing up my stuff, since I'm the 5th of 6 kids, and my sis is only 2 years younger than me. I think I did it to my bros a few times though
