According to wikipedia there are 112 unique combinations for 6. Have fun.

I've never been a big fan of overloading functions. It makes code less readable. I also don't see a need to use new tokens, especially since we're getting to the point where those tokens are in more and more obscure sub-menus.

I rather like the W<command> syntax, but I'd also be okay with the !. It's a little misleading, but not too bad. Also, HLine(), etc. is faster to type than LinReg()

If typing on the calc wasn't so slow I'd advocate pure-ASCII compiling. Actually, I would like that anyway, at least as an option.

O.o I was worried that the contest had only one day left, and was freaking out a bit.

Sounds like a good game!

Keep in mind spam posts don't count, but honestly when I was only 100 posts in I didn't know the community well enough to know about anything in 'Private Matters' anyway.

Besides, it's much easier just to stay on IRC. That's where pretty much everything in the board is first discussed.

Any ideas on the processor? Are we looking at another SH4? That would be cool.

I can write quite a bit of code that can compile on GCC without being cross-compatible to different architectures. The easiest ways involve using functions like sizeof(<type>) or inlined assembly.

I already have a Raspberry Pi. That should be much closer, provided I don't use the hardware acceleration.

Also, why buy the distribution? Is it that hard to make your own? (PS it's not)

It's really difficult to program for an environment that's not available to you. Do you actually have your OS for the device available yet? We need that first or we won't even know what kind of libraries we'll have.

It's a generic enough ARM processor, correct? Why not set up a QEMU environment?

It had better be USB 2.0, since OTG mode (where you can be either a host or a slave) wasn't introduced as a specification for 1.1.

WinCE has so few useful applications that it's not really worth the trouble of using a Wine-like software. In the ARM sector, Linux is so far ahead of windows it's laughable. (Especially if you include android as linux)

Also, I'm fairly sure that the acronym is WINE, not WinE. The latter implies that it means "Windows Emulator" which is, as I'm sure you know since you stated the correct one, completely wrong. :P

This is a full-on X.org window system. We could run lxde at this point if we wanted to, but it would be slow....(lxde panel is running now)

Plus, getting a new SE will probably get you one of the lower RAM calcs.

So, calc84, does that lower-RAM bug also affect the older calcs, or just the new ones?

Wow. Never expected to see a full-featured webkit browser running on there.

See how iwconfig says "no wireless extensions"? That means your linux doesn't know how to use the wireless via iwconfig yet. Something else is wrong (probably driver-related)
