Download thread idea

I noticed that when a new file is posted to the downloads, it creates a new post in Other calculator discussion and news. It seems more appropriate in the Other calculator projects and ideas section, though. But if that would fill up that section quickly, maybe actual projects could be separated from project ideas?

I might actually create a dump for all those posts if the user download section gets more popular when it is officially announced. It would most likely be called Program releases, located under calc news and discussion or something, or maybe like UTI. All posts would land there. I didn't want to use the projects section because it has too much activity and the calc discussion area is not as active.
