Fix file uploads in dl section

We can no longer upload stuff it seems: http://www.omnimaga.org/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=791

It gives a 404 not found error.

Yup. Stuff keeps breaking x.x

Make sure the uploads folder is writable by www-data or whatever user your httpd runs as.

By the way did that quadratic solver someone uploaded even make it through (as in, no 404)? For the sake of quality>quantity (and the fact Omni archives are programming/gaming/music-oriented anyway), I hope it was rejected, though...  O.O
