When you click REPLY, can it bring over the text you had in the Quick-Reply box, if there is any?

You can just click Preview in the quick reply box instead.

Yeah it would be nice indeed. It would have to use the Preview mode instead of reply but maybe there could be detection for if you entered message text or not, so it doesn't display the error or preview if there's no text entered.
