I am confused by what you mean

I have OS 1.7 right now. So I try transfering the file, it fails then I have to upgrade to 2.0 or something?

sorry, do you mean the emulator has OS 1.7? If it does, connect send the battle of 16s file over, then upgrade to os 2.1 and then run the file....

sorry this is a very incovenient method... but there's no other way right now...

Now that's weird. r u using goplat's emulator? did you connect first (Link -> connect) before trying to send any files?

Yeah I did connect first, but nothing happens there. The option isn't even checked afterward...

again, different in australia (not midterms) end of term (and there's 4 terms in a year) year starts in jan/feb, not september...

Yes, but im getting stuck, kind of... The original idea with 16 battles in every area (16 areas) making 256 battles is seeming too much. i don't want to make it repetitive for all those 256 battles...
