basic slow prog [unnamed]

Hi guys, stevon8ter here,
I started working on a project, and i have 2 gifs ready for you. The first one looks alot like xeda's game, so that's why i made a second version, tell me what thingy you like the most or how it should look like ;) (for example: post: that background... such dots... ...)

I think that having dots for walls looks better then dots for traversable area.

That's what i thought as well, but doesn't it look to much like xeda's game then?

And for now i've only done the mapping (will be a lot faster in future i hope ;) and the movement + collisions

It's not a real idea yet but it will probably be some puzzler / maze game

So every now and then you'll be asked to solve a puzzle while trying to go to maze...

There will be more tiles added (like telport tiles or something like that...)

But like i said, it's not a real idea yet, so throw some ideas at me on what i coould make or should insert ;)

Hmm what would be cool is if you made the game so you must not fall from the floor or crash into walls. Kinda like my 2nd BASIC game ever (Sept or Oct 2001) that I lost. It had about 100 levels (some of which were almost identical IIRC) where you constantly moved on a  platform and if you fell from the floor you died. It was very fast, because it used the home screen. IMHO I prefer the one with dots on the floor, though, for some reasons.
