Compare the pictures.
 
Each shade resolves into the pattern around which my avatar is made.  Compare the black-shaded parts of the cube to the avatar.

Asking for opinion now.  In your own opinion, which is the best color scheme?  Or, what would look better?

It looks good at least. I've been told heliohost works. I'm going to try to register with them tomorrow on the more overall stable server, but you might want to register on the other one(Johnnie). The thing is next day registatrations are at 12AM PST 2AM where I am
