I know this is a bot because of the signature and the fact Back Pocket Calc site has been down for years.

But wow! I never thought spambots could be that intelligent! So much that some bots got real convos going on all over the forums

Yea, it's pretty funny how advanced some of them have gotten. Curious though, I've never even heard of that forum before today. O_o
*edit* It looks like this place isn't maintained anymore. I'm kind of surprised there aren't more bots advertising Viagra and such all over the site.

Oh yes, it has happened on many abandoned or spam filled forums before. Usually the spout complete nonsense to each other. ;D

Bfr, our former staff, still posts there and there are people asking TI-Nspire questions. The reason why the site is still active is most likely its URL/name, which looks very close to ticalc.org. However, its activity is way lower than it was a few years ago because the admin rarely posts anymore.

I used to be active on their old Proboards forums back in early 2005.

As for the bots, some already holds some short convos, by replying to each others, but it rarely gets far.

Well SimmsAI is much more powerful and it learns differently then they do, it has a completely different way of parsing stuff.
