Except that then you break compatibility with the 83+/SE just with that command. It may be better to have the player manually disable it.

Are we talking about Illusiat 13?  If so, I have its readme printed out so I could read it over and over. ;D

Could you have two versions: One for the new OS and one for the other OSes?

84+ CAS? Didn't knew there was a Computer Algebra System for the 84+. I thought it was just a 68k and TI-Nspire thing

They appear when the copyright appears, but for some reasons, not below the omnimaga logo

on TIBD, they mention a TI-84 glitch that cause text to have a row of pixel below it when entering the MODE menu, but is disabled when entering the List editor or Graph tables (G-T mode), this glitch was also present on the 83+ OS 1.12 but was much harder to trigger. However, now on 2.53, it can't even be disabled it seems x.x

This is interesting. Finally finished reading through everything. I wonder what all the new romcalls are? I'm kind of shocked that TI is updating... seems like it's been ages. Updates don't happen overnight, but this thing is seems really buggy (from what I've read I don't acutally own an 84). This suggests not much testing has gone into it on TI's end. As far as compatibility goes, I hope this update doesn't break anything too badly. I REALLY hope the fix the text display speeds. Does it still display slowly with pretty print off? I'm Also wondering when they plan to actually release it. If the date is actually in a week, hopefully they have a more stable version completed.

personally rather than putting a warning i would just make 2 versions of stuff, one for the old OS's and one for the new, but hopefully someone patches this OS so it is as epic as it should rightfully be :D
