I believe now is a good time to deliver my inauguration speech.

[deep commanding voice] One half score years ago the founders of Omnimaga founded Omnimaga. Throughout the years the TI community has faced rough times with constantly changing boards and being completely wiped out in 2008. We have recovered from our struggles to become stronger than we ever before. Now you come to me in a time when we have been plagued by trolls and spam. At the time of this decision I was at UCSB attending a model UN conference honing my leadership skills.  With my skill and quick wit I will ensure that Omnimaga always remains clean and productive, safe from the harming effects of spam and trolling. Now I ask all of you to go forth and and make Omnimaga a better place. [/deep commanding voice]

List of stuff I need to do before September:
1. Finish the Emulator of the Casio Prizm (in active development)
2. Finish the the SH3 asm IDE/assembler/linker program (in active development)
3. Create a partial Java virtual machine  for the Prizm (not started)
4. Create Axe for the Prizm with an Axe legacy mode (in planning phase)
5. Develop a large set of C and asm libraries for the Prizm (some progress)
6. Create an emulator of the 83+ for the Prizm (not started)
7. Create a well polished game that showcases the ability of the Casio Prizm (not started)

IMHO, this is a good idea, the more zigs we are, the better will be the troll eradication process.

Also one thing I am happy about is that the trolling that occured was mostly the typical trolling you find on the Internet from script kiddies, not attempts at discouraging people from working on their projects (like what people did to Kerm on another forum, although some comments were very helpful) or starting unnecessary language wars in the TI-BASIC section. I also remember at one time on certain boards when a newbie asked a question he got told to JFGI or got called a n00b instead of getting pointed politely to the search function and some topic links. Those are the worst that could happen to the TI community.
